Book an appointment to collect a Will

Provided on behalf of NT Public Guardian and Trustee.

Important information

  • There are restrictions on who can collect a Will. For more information, visit the Public Guardian and Trustee website.
  • If there is more than one executor, they need to attend together. Otherwise you need to provide written authorisation from each executor absent.
  • If you need an interpreter, contact the Public Guardian and Trustee by calling 1800 810 979 or email pgt@nt.gov.au.

You'll need to provide your name, email and mobile phone number.

Each appointment covers the collection of one Will. You'll need a separate appointment for each Will you want to collect.

If no appointments are showing, they have all been booked. You should check back later.

We'll confirm your appointment via email and SMS. We'll also send you a list of what you'll need to bring to your appointment.
