Book an appointment to prepare or update a Will

Important information

  • The Public Guardian and Trustee can prepare a Will for eligible people. Find out more at the Public Guardian and Trustee website.
  • You can book an appointment to prepare or update a Will at the Darwin office.
  • If you need an interpreter, contact the Public Guardian and Trustee by calling 1800 810 979 or email pgt@nt.gov.au.

Make a booking

You'll need to provide your name, email and mobile phone number.

Each appointment covers the preparation of one Will. You'll need a separate appointment for each person making a Will.

If no appointments are showing, they have all been booked. You should check back later.

After you book

We'll confirm your appointment via email and SMS. We'll also send you a list of information you need to prepare before your appointment.

Appointments will be at the Public Guardian and Trustee Darwin office:

Level 1, Building 3 Darwin Corporate Park
631 Stuart Highway
Berrimah.

Fees

There is a fee for preparing or updating a Will, which varies based on the type of Will. You'll be asked to pay this after your appointment.
