Apply for or renew a beekeeper registration

Important information

You must register as a beekeeper when you become the owner of honey bees. Registration is not required for native bees, but encouraged.
You'll need the beehive owner or apiary manager's contact details, location and number of beehives.
You must renew your registration every 2 years.
When renewing your registration, you'll also need the hive registration code (HRC).

This takes about 10 to 20 minutes.

All steps must be completed in one go. You can't save your application and complete it at a later stage.
