Register as an agent’s representative

Important information

Representatives of real estate, business or other licensed agents must be registered in the NT.
Agent’s representatives need to complete a course with an approved training provider.
Submit a criminal history check, also known as a national police check, before applying. Find out how by reading police checks for licensing.
You’ll need to attach the results of your criminal history check to your registration. If you don't, your application won't be processed until the results are provided.

This takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

You’ll be prompted to register for Licensing NT if you haven’t used the system before.

Once you register, make sure you link any existing licences to your profile by contacting Occupational Licensing.

There is a fee. Pay online using a Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card.
