Important information

  • Interstate retailers who want to sell alcohol via a delivery service in the NT must have a licence.
  • You are only eligible if you have an interstate authorisation to sell liquor. You will need to attach a copy of this authorisation along with your full company extract from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
  • You can't apply if you operate a licensed premises in the NT or have any other licence under the NT Liquor Act 2019.
