Change details on a commercial and private agent licence

Important information

You must apply for a variation if any of the details on your licence change.
This includes changes to your address, contact information, place of business, approved managers and nominees.
Notify of any change within 28 days.

This takes about 10 to 15 minutes.

You’ll be prompted to register for Licensing NT if you haven’t used the system before.

Once you register, make sure you link any existing licences to your profile by contacting Occupational Licensing.

There is no fee to change your contact details.

If you're changing the approved manager of the licence, there is a fee to apply to be a licensed agent manager.
