Change the manager of a tobacco licence

Important information

Licensees can apply to change the manager of their tobacco licence.
The new manager must submit a criminal history check, also known as a national police check, before applying. Find out how by reading police checks for licensing.
You’ll need to attach the results of the criminal history check to the licence application. If you don't, your application won't be processed until the results are provided.

This takes about 10 to 15 minutes.

You’ll be prompted to register for Licensing NT if you haven’t used the system before.

Once you register, make sure you link any existing licences to your profile by contacting Occupational Licensing.
