Apply to be an approved optometrist for NT Concessions

Important information

Optometrists who want to provide concessional discounts to members of the NT Concession Scheme need to apply for vendor approval.
Eligible businesses must be based in the NT and have appropriate accreditation, such as registration with the Optometry Board of Australia.
You'll need to attach evidence of accreditation and details of public liability insurance of at least $20 million.

This takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
