Register or update a property identification code (PIC)

Important information

  • You need a PIC if you keep livestock on a property you own, rent or manage, including agisted livestock.
  • Each PIC is unique and permanently registered against a parcel of land where livestock are kept.
  • You're required to provide details of the number and species of livestock kept on the parcel of land.
  • You'll also need the property owner's name and contact details.
