Apply for a magpie geese and waterfowl hunting permit

Important information

This permit is for hunting any waterfowl on NT private or public land. Hunting is only allowed during the official hunting season.
Firearm users will need to attach a copy of their shooters licence.
Bowhunters will need to attach a copy of a current photo ID document. This can include a driver licence, evidence of age card, passport or working with children card.
If you apply online you can get a digital card that can be saved to your phone.

This takes about 5 to 10 minutes.

All steps must be completed in one go. You can't save your application and complete it at a later stage.

There is a fee. You can pay online using a Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card.
