You can check the validity of a Working with Children Clearance (also known as an Ochre Card) online.
You'll need the applicant’s name and either their clearance number or date of birth.

This service only shows the validity of a Working with Children Clearance. It does not show the progress of an application.

This takes less than 5 minutes.

The validity checker displays the expiry date of the oldest valid Working with Children Clearance.

Clearances can be renewed up to 2 months before they expire. Renewed clearances won't display until the previous clearance expires.
