Apply for an NDIS Worker Screening Check

Important information

NDIS Worker Screening Checks are for people who work for registered NDIS providers in risk-assessed roles.
Clearances are valid for 5 years unless revoked.
You'll need proof of identity documents and your residential address history for the past 5 years.
Check that you have your employer's NDIS employer ID before you start. You can't apply without this.
If you've applied for an NDIS clearance in the past, you'll need to do a reapplication instead.

This takes about 30 minutes.

All steps must be completed in one go. You can't save your application and complete it at a later stage.

Payment options

There is a fee. Pay using a Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card.

You also have the option to pay later. You'll receive an email with details on how to pay after submitting your application.
