Submit a private security provider complaint

Important information

You can submit a complaint about a private security provider's behaviour or how they operate.
You'll need to provide your details such as name and contact number.
You’ll also be asked to provide incident details, any witnesses, and, if known, the security officer or crowd controller’s name and ID number.

This takes about 10 to 15 minutes.

All steps must be completed in one go. You can't save your complaint and complete it at a later stage.
