Apply to be a licensed agent manager

Important information

Commercial and private agents must have an approved manager.
Agent managers must pass a character test and and be considered fit to hold the licence.
Submit a criminal history check, also known as a national police check, before applying. Find out how by reading police checks for licensing.
You’ll need to attach the results of your criminal history check to your licence application. If you don't, your application won't be processed until the results are provided.

This takes about 10 to 15 minutes.

You’ll be prompted to register for Licensing NT if you haven’t used the system before.

Once you register, make sure you link any existing licences to your profile by contacting Occupational Licensing.

There is an application fee. Pay online using a Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card.
