Apply for an NDIS Worker Screening Check
Important information
- NDIS Worker Screening Checks are for people who work for registered NDIS providers in risk-assessed roles.
- Clearances are valid for 5 years unless revoked.
- You'll need proof of identity documents and your residential address history for the past 5 years.
- Check that you have your employer's NDIS employer ID before you start. You can't apply without this.
- If you've applied for an NDIS clearance in the past, you'll need to do a reapplication instead.
This takes about 30 minutes.
All steps must be completed in one go. You can't save your application and complete it at a later stage.
Payment options
There is a fee. Pay using a Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card.
You also have the option to pay later. You'll receive an email with details on how to pay after submitting your application.
