Replace an evidence of age card

Important information

  • If your evidence of age card is lost, stolen or damaged, you can apply for a replacement online.
  • You'll need to provide one of the following: your MVR Customer ID, your NT evidence of age card number or your NT driver licence number.
  • You can't replace a card that will expire in the next 6 months.
  • The replacement card will be sent to the postal address you've supplied to MVR previously. If you've changed your address, contact MVR to update your details.

There is a fee of $28. Pay when you apply online using a Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card.
