Update your contact details with MVR

Important information

Update your address, phone number or email with MVR so they can send you renewal reminders and get in touch if needed.
If your address has changed, you must notify MVR within 14 days.
You’ll need your customer ID and your driver licence or vehicle registration number. Your customer ID can be found at the top of your MVR renewal notice.

This takes about 5 minutes.

There is no fee to change your details.

If you need to change the address on your driver licence, the replacement will be free if you surrender your previous licence at MVR.

You can also update your details in person, or by phone, email or mail. To find out more, go to the NT Government website.
