About

NT high risk work licences are issued by NT WorkSafe under the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Regulations 2011 and in accordance with the National Standard for Licensing Persons Performing High Risk Work.

The licence check only shows the current status and classes of an NT high risk work licence and does not display complaints, investigations or other issues.

A person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU), such as employers, are urged to check the validity of work licences, before hiring or allowing workers to perform high risk work.

The licence should be sighted in accordance with Regulation 85(1), and a copy kept for your records in accordance with Regulation 85(4).
